• All walks will be a maximum of 20, but maybe 10 including the leader. Each leader may choose the number depending on the walk. 

  • Everyone must register for the walk, please do not bring someone along or turn up un–registered as we need to know who is coming.

  • Access to cafes and restaurants will be very limited, bring all food with you. In many areas public toilets may also be closed or unavailable.


      Personal Hygiene and Safety Tips

  • All walkers and bike riders should carry their own hand sanitiser (use often) and possibly a small cake of soap to wash hands with if using public toilets.

  • Cover when you cough or sneeze, carry tissues with you and bin them.

  • Avoid touching your face, bring a small cloth to wipe any sweat. (wash it at home).

  • Do not share any food or water.

  • Try not to walk too close to each other and no touching of each other.

  • Install COVIDSafe app to enable contact tracing if needed

  • Do not walk if you have any minor cold or flu like symptoms.

  • When Cycling: avoid cycling in slipstream of others.

  • Every woman must make their own decisions on whether to participate in a walk, considering their current level of fitness (may be less than before Covid 19) If you fall into the vulnerable group it is your decision to walk taking your own needs into account.

COVID Safe regulations are in constant fluctuation as of February 2021 masks are not compulsory but must be worn on all public transport. We encourage you to wear a mask when travelling in cars with others, and to maintain social distancing
